9.5% sales tax for shipments to California addresses will be added to the total during the payment process. These include shipments ordered by a third party buyer to a recipient residing in California.
We ship the items to the shipping address you specified at the time of the checkout. If you are shipping the board as a gift, be sure to enter the gift recipient's address as the shipping address in your order.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We can't accept returns for any personalized items

Because wood is a natural material, we cannot guarantee that the grain and the shade of wood used for your board will match the listing image. Note that walnut has the greatest variation of shade, ranging from light brown to very dark, almost black color.
Our current processing time is 1 to 3 business days. However, depending on various factors we may process an order in a shorter time frame. We assume that once an order is placed it is final and we can begin working on it immediately. If you would like to make a change to your order, we will only be able to do that if we have not started processing it.
All communication should be through the Etsy messaging system.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide proof of engraving for any orders. Your order will be engraved with your selected design and the information you provided in your order. We will ensure optimal formatting and positioning your personal information on each item.
